Langhe Barbera
Controlled Designation of Origin
Why we do it
Harmony is that pleasant feeling that more instruments, or voices, give us when they produce sounds together, at the same time. Even being in the vineyards where Barbera grows always provides us a positive vibe, because we have the impression that man and nature can do their best, together and in agreement.
Where we do it
Where the Roero overlooks the Langhe, the hills soften and the rough slopes give way to soft undulations. Here is Vigna Socco, one of the two vineyards that we cultivate in Barbera, on a prosperous land that offers all kinds of fruits. In addition to grapes, in fact, in these parts you can find the historic plants of the Madernassa pear, a variety born here in this land at the end of the eighteenth century. Great for cooking, as the vineyards are an expression of the territory and culture of the area; the importance of preserving it has also been recognised by Slow Food.
How we do it
Vigna Socco is a place of great sweetness, to live, to tell, to taste. From the richest soil and the softest slopes we obtain for our Barbera Armonia Langhe Doc a pleasant combination of sensations, notes and aromas that each play their part in the glass. And all together they leave a pleasant impression.
How to drink it
A glass to close the day and start the evening. To escape from everyday commitmentse and share a smile. Beyond every modern fashion, Langhe Barbera Armonia is the pleasure of sharing a glass before sitting down at the table, perhaps while eating something delicious and starting to appease your appetite. It is the balance of a wine that knows how to stand next to a tasty appetizer or delicate meat without trying to overpower them. It is the pleasant feeling that defines harmony.
